I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for coming to PRG for the workshop yesterday. I am sorry that I had to leave early, but I really got a lot from working with you. The way you worked with us all shoulder to shoulder really allowed me to see new moves with old holds. I really liked the idea of putting together ideas as a group as well. Really, it was a great session. I wish I was going to be there on Friday. I will have to catch you next time.
