8am Breakfast:
2 eggs over easy w/ black pepper, celtic sea salt & herbes de provence
1 brown rice tortilla (non wheat)
1 tsp butter
10am Carb Challenge Snack:
1 cup raw oatmeal cooked
w/ 1tbs organic honey
12:30pm Lunch:
Canned Tongol Tuna w/
2 Tbs organic dijon mustard (distilled white vinegar, mustard seed, sea salt, cloves, crushed black pepper, celery seed)
Mixed green salad (1/2 tomato, carrots, bean sprouts, pumpkin seeds, 1tbs olive oil & 1 tbs balsamic vinegar)
4oz Brown Rice Pasta Salad (brown rice pasta, tomatoes, zucchini, orange bell pepper, goat cheese, olive oil, thyme, celtic sea salt, pepper)
3:30pm Mid-Afternoon Snack:
Smoothie:
8oz apple juice
1 banana
5 Strawberries
1 small peach
2oz frozen pineapple
2 oz raw cashews
2 tbs Bulgarian yogurt
1tbs Spirulina
2tbs flax oil
6:00pm Dinner:
6oz Wild Elk (marinated in balsamic vinegar, salt & pepper)
Quinoa w/bell pepper
Green Salad (mixed greens, tomatoes, sprouts, pine nuts)
9pm Evening Snack:
2 Wheat Free Flax Waffles
2 tbs Bulgarian yogurt
2 tsp Maple Syrup
